F. Do I need a hearing test or a prescription in order to purchase?

A. Not at all! You don't need a prescription or even an audiogram (hearing test) to purchase our hearing aids. Our technology allows you to pick different modes and volume settings so you can find the best combination of sound for your ears. If your hearing loss isn't as common and our device isn't the right solution for you, no worries - let us know within 90 days of receiving your hearing aids and we will refund you in full as part of our "love or it's free guarantee."

                                                                                                                                

F. Are Sysbow hearing aids FDA registered?

A. Yes, Sysbow devices are FDA registered, Class I, which means that our devices are real hearing aids, as opposed to PSAP devices or amplifiers.

                                                                                                                               

F. Are Sysbow devices "real" hearing aids?

A. All of our devices are real hearing aids, with numerous settings to fit each individual hearing loss case.

                                                                                                                               

F. How will I know if the device will be a good fit?

A. Each device is sent with a few sets of ear-domes of different types and sizes, over 95% of people can find a perfect fitting ear-dome.

                                                                                                                               

F. Are the hearing aids easy to use?

A. We built our products to be as intuitive and easy-to-use as possible. Rather than include unnecessary bells and whistles, we decided to stick to the crucial features you actually need, and to make those features as straightforward as we can. F. Why are prices so low? What's the catch?

A. In an effort to cut out the middleman and save you money, we have eliminated all unnecessary costs. F. Where do you ship from?

F. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. Stand shipping will usually take 7-10 business days for all orders to arrive, express shipping will usually take 2-5 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

F. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
